I'm so sorry - I think I've accidentally signed up for what is a "members only" page. I'm not currently a member in the AMA, although I would like to be, but it probably something that is going to have to wait until I have another full-time position (an unfortunate circumstance, as it would be very helpful now!). On the topic of Pizza, I haven't been to Pizza Fusion, but it sounds great. I'm going to be in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday for the S. Florida Interactive Marketing Association's educational event -- I might make a detour and check it out. I especially love that it is organic, which seems much more rare in S. Florida than Chicago. Here in SoBe I just discovered a new place called Pizza Bar on Collins near Lincoln Road. Unbelievably, Vito behind the counter is from Jersey (and he looks it!), and for a New York-style "slice" I haven't found anything better here.
I am looking for a full-time marketing and/or public relations position, either on the client side in the food, wine or hospitality industries or at an agency where hopefully my largest accounts would be in the same. My most recent position was as a Marketing Manager of a gourmet grocery in Chicago somewhat similar to Epicure here in Miami Beach, but I have also worked for a large wine marketer and importer and a luxury hotel company in marketing, pr and event marketing. I would be happy to forward my resume to you.
