"Getting the word out" for a specialty practice such as yours usually requires hiring someone who is knowlegable in this area of PR. Trying to do so on your own is limiting. My short-time advice... take the time to get atleast 3 competitive PR bids, make certain they have a background in this type of promotion and take some time to read a few articles on promoting a new medical practice.
